Sung Songs I Wrote and (mostly) Sang

I’ll be finding these and adding them from time to time.

I wrote this for an attorney who was madly in love with his wife and wanted to express it.

Lovin’ Carolyn

Ukie Hart, who wrote the music and produced many of the jingles we did, was born in New Orleans, and I wanted to honor him in some way. So this came out.

I Remember New Orleans

Here are a few of the jingles Ukie and I did together. The first one, though, “Today is the First Day of the Rest of Your Life,” I wrote both words and music based on a phrase I came up with while I was in the Army in Germany in the mid fifties.

A few of Bill’s and Ukie’s (mostly) jingles

Here’s the whole “Oklahoma Spirit” song that started out as a jingle for Oklahoma National Bank. It was so popular we had to add some more to it and record it as a song so we could give it away. Ukie like Ed’s (a singer we used often) better, but this is my site, so this is me singing it. So there.
